Basic Information

The Social Pathology and Prevention (S.P.P.) journal is an international scholarly peer-reviewed journal focused on issues related to social inclusion, problem or risky behaviours and their prevention. The journal was founded in 2015 and is published at the Faculty of Public Policies of Silesian University in Opava (Czech Republic). The journal is published twice a year only in electronic version (until 2022 it was also published in printed version). Contributions are published in Czech, Slovak, English, German or Polish. The journal is multidisciplinary, and also includes contributions from related fields such as pedagogy and psychology, sociology, social work, special or social pedagogy, criminology, penology, addictology, gerontopedagogy, etc.
